1. Digital Licensing & Guides
When you purchase our digital cultivation guides, you aren't just buying a PDF; you're gaining a personal license to botanical wisdom. We don't allow reselling or public distribution of our digital intellectual property. It's for your garden only. Ever wondered how much effort goes into documenting rare herb growth cycles?
2. Shipping Within Australia
We ship our dried and fresh blends from Melbourne using sustainable packaging. Title of the goods passes to you once the herbs leave 16 Henry Street. We use carbon-neutral couriers wherever possible. Please note that fresh herbs cannot be shipped to WA or TAS due to quarantine restrictions. We're sticklers for biosecurity.
3. Workshop Cancellations
Planning an online workshop takes prep time. If you need to cancel, do it at least 72 hours before the start. Cancellations within this window are eligible for a 50% credit. Did you know we source specific live specimens for each session? This makes late changes difficult for our herbalists.
